Is it wrong to "talk" to more than one person?

I have been recently rekindling old sparks between my ex and I, but there are two new guys that have crossed my path that I am interested in. My ex and I are casually sleeping together, but I feel guilty for talking to other guys. Is it ok for me to talk to more than one guy at once? After all, I am single.
