Does this count as harassment?

I have a had a job as a secretary for a few months now and work for one of my mom's friends, who was able to get me the job. I am the only single girl in the office, and since I work for a construction company, I am around men for most of the day. It hasn't been a problem for me since I'm pretty young and definitely too young for the guys that work there. Unfortunately, there is a guy that works here that constantly makes comments on what I'm wearing, asks what i'm doing this weekend, and jokes about hiring me as his designated driver. At first, I just laughed it off and politely dismissed his comments. However, lately it's gotten more...intense I could say. He never says anything negative or anything, which is why I haven't taken it seriously for so long, but it's making me uncomfortable. Also, this guy is old enough to be my dad. Probably older actually, which makes this even creepier. What can I do to dissuade him, without making my work environment awkward because I see him every day? And does it count as harassment? I'm not going to file anything, it would just be good to know. Thanks for your help!
