Would A Bad Crankshaft Sensor Cause No Spark And Fuel Injectors To Not Open?

I have a 94 jeep cherokee...turns over fine,,,no spark but i have fuel "UP TO'' the fuel injectors but the injectors are not opening, I have replaced the ECM and the Ignition Coil and recently the cap and rotor,,,IF not this what else could it be?
