U.S. Navy Aviation vs. U.S. Marine Corps Aviation?

All Aviators in the U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, and U.S. Coast Guard are designated as "Naval Aviators." Since both of these have the qualification as "Naval Aviators," what would be the difference between being a Naval Aviator in the U.S. Navy and being a Naval Aviator in the U.S. Marine Corps (besides the obvious difference that one is a Sailor in the Navy and the other is a Marine in the Marine Corps)? For example, what would be different between a U.S. Navy F/A-18 Squadron and a U.S. Marine Corps F/A-18 Squadron?
