What is this feeling?

I've met this person twice in my lifetime. I remember when my step mom had passed me and her had talked on the phone for quite a while. She had brought up this promise I had made her when we were little. I had promised to give her a flower. Not sure what I had felt at that exact moment, maybe a kind of .. Spark? So we had met up again about a week ago and we couldn't even say hi. We just kinda stood there. But when you haven't seen someone in 11 years, you don't really know them. But I remember her looking at me a lot, not just the face but the eyes and she would comment on my hands. Whenever I had caught her looking I would hold it, and look away, but she still stared. So about a week had passed and we got to know eachother but I had to leave, and she had hugged my dad and sister goodbye first, and then came to me, and hugged me differently then everyone. She wrapped her arms around my waist and rested her head on my chest, but the hug only lasted a couple of seconds. But it felt like a lifetime. Afterwards she had stepped back and looked at me and said "That was ..a weird hug", and then looked away.
