Looking for a late 90's PC game.?

Memories are fuzzy. I know it was 3D, and i'm pretty sure you were on some sort of planet, and you made land and air vehicles that were named after animals. I think you had to find an enemy base and destroy it somehow. not much detail, but i've been researching and can't seem to find anything to spark memories.
